Massachusetts Boating Law Summary
Includes a collection of educational and promotional materials and best practices created and curated by United States Power Squadrons and other leading safe boating advocates, such as the U.S. Coast Guard, the National Safe Boating Council and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).
Topics on the website reflect key areas of interest prescribed by the U.S. Coast Guard (e.g., the dangers of cold-water immersion, the importance of wearing a life jacket, boating under the influence, etc.) to ensure that prioritized dangers, small and large, are kept top of mind for the boating public.
